Gather This:

4 ounces gin (optional)

1 cup Sugar

1 cup Water

1 Kovi Kai Turmeric Triangle

2 Kovi Kai Ginger Cubes

Juice of ½ a lime

6-8 ounces ginger beer

Lime wheels for garnish
Then Do This:
Combine the sugar, Turmeric Triangle, and Ginger Cube in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes (or until desired consistency for simple syrup). Allow the syrup to cool.
Add about 4 oz. of simple syrup, gin, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker and fill the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds. Taste and adjust the syrup as needed.
Strain mixture evenly between two cocktail glasses filled 2/3 of the way with ice. Top with a splash of ginger beer, garnish with a lime wheel, and enjoy!
