Gather This:

1 Kovi Kai Ginger Cube

4 cups broth of your choosing

2 large garlic cloves

2 Tbsp soy sauce or liquid aminos

1 can lite coconut milk

Juice and zest of ½ a lime
Then Do This:
Add all ingredients to a blender and purée until well mixed, then transfer the mixture to a pot.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. You can enjoy this broth all on its own or use it as a base for a Thai-inspired soup.
