Gather This:

1 Kovi Kai Ginger Cube

3 cups water

1 cinnamon stick (use Vietnamese cinnamon rather than cassia for the best flavor!)

2 cloves
-
6 green cardamom pods

6 black peppercorns

Milk (non-dairy or regular)
-
Honey
-
Optional: 2 teabags unflavored black or green tea.
Then Do This:
In the pot, combine water and dry spices. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat, add the Kovi Kai Ginger Cube, and stir gently until combined.
Pour into two mugs, with or without a teabag.
Add milk and honey to taste. Optional: show off your barista skills and stylize your chai with fun milk froth designs!
